The guys behind Movejob.com are well aware of the reputation employment agencies have traditionally had, and are determined to smash the stereotypes and rebuild from the ground up. Their philosophy is simple; honest, transparent, and value for money. They approached me to create a new identity for them. Something that represented the workmanlike approach they have to their business. I created a system in black and white to reflect that simple approach. Vintage-inspired, but without being twee, I wanted to hark back to more hands-on time where integrity and good old-fashioned hard work were the way businesses built their reputation.
Working as a creative consultant for them, so far I’ve designed the core identity and support marks, stationery and promotional materials, as well as a fully responsive website, with much more to come.
